An Open Letter To Denis MacShane, from President Lula of Brazil
Dear Denis,
I'm trying to broker a deal on Iran's fucking nuclear reprocessing, for the benefit of those countries within missile range of Tehran which last time I checked Brasil was not one. Did you not realise that? Thought not. Last time I do a favour for you.
Love,
Lula.
PS: I am glad to hear you had a nice time chasing the birds round Copacabana in the 70s, but frankly I don't know you from Adam, or any other specky twat from the British labour movement of that era. To be honest, all your pasty asses tend to blend into one at the best of times.

God, that "open letter" was nauseating. I had to check and see if, while my back was turned, Brazil had elected a four year-old.
MacShane had a very strange column on Afghanistan, as well. He lurches into sensibility, then spins off on an odd, cockeyed Asiatic tour.
Surely Turkey being part of it must be much more of a betrayal for him?
What a wonderful closing down present! There was I assuming, obviously but wrongly, that Michael J Totten had written the most embarassing article of all time, and - in extra time - D McS bests it.
The bit I love is:
"Your appeals for solidarity from European comrades were transmitted via the International Metalworkers Federation where I worked in exile from Margaret Thatcher’s anti-labor England."
He 'worked in exile from Margaret Thatcher’s anti-labor England'.
What can you say to that, other than 'you pointless, insensitive prick'.
Those of you with Twitter accounts, I suggest you follow Denis. He's like that all the time.
MacShane, the guy who went from smuggling photocopiers for Solidarnosc with the International Metalworkers Federation to being more right-wing than the International Monetary Fund.
A Brazlian friend writes that McShane's letter sounds like a spoof as well.
