Outsourcing
Christ you can get good work done by an Indian call centre for cheap these days.
Update: by the by, we were having trouble getting hold of the most recent New Statesman column recently, but here it is, unprotected by password walls or any such. Have things really got so desperate at the Staggers that they've started flogging their content on to David Horowitz? Is Nick on a residuals deal? (Similarly, given the unwise goatee/black suit/red shirt combo that Dave was wearing on Newsnight, is he auditioning for a slot on a celebrity poker show? Watch your fucking cards if he is, that's my advice to our celebrity readers).

Oh christ, he's not back to the goatee is he? Anybody got any snaps of the new Aaro? I can't watch British TV these days.
I have in my mind a picture of him as this huge chap easily filling a chair debating the likes of Janet Daley on News 24.
That's a great article by Nick Cohen at Horowitz's site:
It consists of one line:
Please check back soon for updated data
:-)
hahahaha, it just goes to show that a quick email to the Staggers copyright protection department gets results.
I think this traffic wardens piece from August 2004 and last week's NHS shows another split in the Decents. Aaro, []'s Place, etc and a lot of the others are massively in favour of private sector involvement in the public sector, whereas Nick clearly isn't.
Ta-Da!!
I am encouraged by FrontPage to send the article to my "ebrigade".
